We take pride in our rigorous testing process, subjecting our products to a 220 lbs load test to guarantee their durability.
However, for your child's safety, we recommend a maximum load of 110 lb (50) kg during play. Some larger models have higher weight capacities up to 290 lbs. See an example here.

Most of our playsets are designed for indoor use. If you plan to place one outside, ensure it’s in a covered area and protected from weather conditions.

At this time, we do not offer in-home assembly.

We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturer defects for personal use only, excluding commercial use, misuse, or negligence.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs apply.
