This climber set is offering exercising and play activities that promote the development of motor skills, dexterity, and the strength of your child. Unfortunately, we do not ship to regions such as: U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska and Hawaii.

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) is free of charge except for Canadian provinces Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest territories. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the following Canadian provinces: Yukon, Nunavut, and Northwest territories.

 Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please double-check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.  

Items in the Plastic HDPE Collection only ship to the continental United States. Standard shipping is free. Delivered within 3-5 business days

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s.) The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

WEDANTA KIDS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

WEDANTA KIDS collects sales tax in Canada - included in the price, does not require additional payments

Currently we don't provide delivery outside the United States and Canada.

WARRANTY

WEDANTA KIDS is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature resulting from the use of this product. This warranty does not apply to the following: Damage due to abuse, accident, alteration, misuse, tampering or vandalism. Improper or inadequate maintenance. Damage in return transit. Unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age.

WEDANTA KIDS and its subsidiaries assume no liability for damage caused by the use of the product other than for its intended use or as instructed above and within the user manual. Some states do not allow this exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential losses so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Only for family domestic indoor use by children from ages 2 to 6 years old.
Maximum user weight: 55 lbs (25 kg) per child.
Maximum 2 children at the same time.
An adult should supervise play on this product for children of all ages.
Check all connections and bolts for tightness at least twice monthly during the usage. Tighten bolts if needed. Playground equipment for home use SHOULD NOT BE USED without installed fall protection.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
