All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES DELIVERY ESTIMATES
WEDANTA KIDS ships to the United States and Canada. Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) is free of charge except Canadian provinces Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest territories. Cost of Standard shipping to Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest territories is 140 USD and takes 3-9 business days. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with type (Standard or Priority.) Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s.) The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
DUTIES AND TAXES
WEDANTA KIDS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Currently we don't provide delivery outside United States and Canada.
WARRANTY
WEDANTA KIDS warrants all products to be of the highest quality in material, craftsmanship and service for a minimum of 1 year, effective from the date of purchase. Warranty lengths may vary between product categories. Under the limited warranty, WEDANTA KIDS will repair, replace, or refund any parts found to be defective due to manufacturer flaws. This warranty extends only to personal use and does not extend to any product that has been used for commercial use, rental use, or any other use in which the product is not intended for. There are no warranties other than that expressly set forth with each product. This warranty is non-transferrable. WEDANTA KIDS is not responsible in any way for any damages, losses or inconveniences caused by equipment failure or by user negligence, abuse, or use noncompliant with the user manual or any additional safety, use, or warnings included in the product packaging and manual.
Furthermore, WEDANTA KIDS is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature resulting from the use of this product. This warranty does not apply to the following: Damage due to abuse, accident, alteration, misuse, tampering or vandalism. Improper or inadequate maintenance.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER
This product is intended only for domestic, non commercial use.
On site adult supervision must be provided for children of all ages and at all times. Check all connections and bolts for tightness at least twice monthly during the usage. Tighten bolts if needed.
Gym equipment for home use SHOULD NOT BE USED without installed fall protection.

Received the product in a day or two, packaged well. Instruction and assembly was easy. My 3 year old loved climbing on it the second it was put up. I am also able to do some exercise on it. I imagine this will provide years of activities. I also like how it takes up little space in our playroom.
We love the gym set and all it offers for the whole family. My son loves climbing and the ladder and I love being able to do some crunches myself on the inclined slide.
Great fun and simple to install.
